In this practical session, we’ll go step by step from a blank slate to a working Sigma app, showing you how to configure your AI coding environment, connect it to Sigma, and give it the context and tools it needs to build effectively.

You'll learn how to set up the core components including the Sigma MCP, authentication with the Sigma CLI or API, and installing reusable skills, then see them put to work building a Sigma app with Claude Code.

While we’ll use Claude Code for the walkthrough, the setup is generally similar across tools like Cursor, and we’ll share resources to help you configure the environment you use.

This session is for anyone ready to build in Sigma with AI coding tools and looking for a practical, step-by-step setup guide.
